5.4(토) "베드로의 변화" (사도행전 2:14-36)

2:14 But Peter, taking his stand with the eleven, raised his voice and declared to them： "Men of Judea, and all you who live in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and give heed to my words.
2:15 "For these men are not drunk, as you suppose, for it is [only] the third hour of the day;
2:16 but this is what was spoken of through the prophet Joel：
2:17 'AND IT SHALL BE IN THE LAST DAYS,' God says, 'THAT I WILL POUR FORTH OF MY SPIRIT UPON ALL MANKIND; AND YOUR SONS AND YOUR DAUGHTERS SHALL PROPHESY, AND YOUR YOUNG MEN SHALL SEE VISIONS, AND YOUR OLD MEN SHALL DREAM DREAMS;
2:18 EVEN UPON MY BONDSLAVES, BOTH MEN AND WOMEN, I WILL IN THOSE DAYS POUR FORTH OF MY SPIRIT And they shall prophesy.
2:19 'AND I WILL GRANT WONDERS IN THE SKY ABOVE, AND SIGNS ON THE EARTH BENEATH, BLOOD, AND FIRE, AND VAPOR OF SMOKE.
2:20 'THE SUN SHALL BE TURNED INTO DARKNESS, AND THE MOON INTO BLOOD, BEFORE THE GREAT AND GLORIOUS DAY OF THE LORD SHALL COME.
2:21 'AND IT SHALL BE, THAT EVERYONE WHO CALLS ON THE NAME OF THE LORD SHALL BE SAVED.'
2:22 "Men of Israel, listen to these words： Jesus the Nazarene, a man attested to you by God with miracles and wonders and signs which God performed through Him in your midst, just as you yourselves know--
2:23 this [Man], delivered up by the predetermined plan and foreknowledge of God, you nailed to a cross by the hands of godless men and put [Him] to death.
2:24 "And God raised Him up again, putting an end to the agony of death, since it was impossible for Him to be held in its power.
2:25 "For David says of Him, 'I WAS ALWAYS BEHOLDING THE LORD IN MY PRESENCE; FOR HE IS AT MY RIGHT HAND, THAT I MAY NOT BE SHAKEN.
2:26 'THEREFORE MY HEART WAS GLAD AND MY TONGUE EXULTED; MOREOVER MY FLESH ALSO WILL ABIDE IN HOPE;
2:27 BECAUSE THOU WILT NOT ABANDON MY SOUL TO HADES, NOR ALLOW THY HOLY ONE TO UNDERGO DECAY.
2:28 'THOU HAST MADE KNOWN TO ME THE WAYS OF LIFE; THOU WILT MAKE ME FULL OF GLADNESS WITH THY PRESENCE.'
2:29 "Brethren, I may confidently say to you regarding the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.
2:30 "And so, because he was a prophet, and knew that GOD HAD SWORN TO HIM WITH AN OATH TO SEAT [one] OF HIS DESCENDANTS UPON HIS THRONE,
2:31 he looked ahead and spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that HE WAS NEITHER ABANDONED TO HADES, NOR DID His flesh SUFFER DECAY .
2:32 "This Jesus God raised up again, to which we are all witnesses.
2:33 "Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured forth this which you both see and hear.
2:34 "For it was not David who ascended into heaven, but he himself says： 'THE LORD SAID TO MY LORD," SIT AT MY RIGHT HAND,
2:35 UNTIL I MAKE THINE ENEMIES A FOOTSTOOL FOR THY FEET. "'
2:36 "Therefore let all the house of Israel know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ-- this Jesus whom you crucified."

오순절 성령으로 충만한 모습을 사람들은 술취한 것으로 오해했습니다. 왜냐하면 성령충만한 사람에게는 기쁨과 담대함과 자유함이 넘쳤기 때문입니다.

그러나 베드로는 변증하기 시작합니다.
'지금은 오전 9시인데 이렇게 이른 시간부터 누가 술을 마셨겠습니까?' 라고 운을 뗐습니다.

그리고 베드로는 성령충만하였기 때문에 거침없이 담대하게 회개의 복음을 전했습니다.
전에 군중이 두려워서 예수님을 부인하고 도망치던 비겁한 모습은 더이상 찾아볼 수가 없습니다.
성령충만의 차이가 이렇게 큽니다.

후에 베드로의 설교를 듣던 사람들은 놀라서 이렇게 말했습니다.
(행 4:13) 그들은 베드로와 요한이 본래 배운 것이 없는 보잘것없는 사람인 줄 알았는데, 이렇게 담대하게 말하는 것을 보고 놀랐다....

베드로가 받은 성령님은 또한 진리의 영이기 때문에 그는 하나님의 말씀도 잘 가르칠 수 있게 되었습니다.
그는 지금의 오순절 성령 체험이 전혀 이상한 것이 아니고 구약 성경 요엘서에 예언된 그대로 성취된 것 뿐이라고 증언했습니다.

베드로는 예수 그리스도의 십자가 상의 대속적 죽음과 부활의 복음을 아주 잘 전했습니다.
그리고 (33절)에서는 삼위일체 하나님을 균형있게 잘 설명했습니다. 무식했던 어부 베드로가 진리의 영을 받고 이렇게 말씀의 깊이가 생기게 되었습니다.

(기도)
1. 저희도 성령충만하지 않으면 비겁하고 미련한 존재이오니 이 시간 성령 충만케 하옵소서!
2. 또한 진리의 성령님 저희들에게 지혜의 말씀과 지식의 말씀의 은사를 내려 주옵소서!

(5월을 위한 기도)
1. 어린이 주일을 맞아 우리 교회에 어린이부가 부흥되게 하옵소서!
2. 다음 주일 어머니 주일에 각 가정의 아내와 어머니들을 위로하여 주옵소서!
3. 평신도 세미나 준비가 잘 진행되게 하옵소서!
4. 이달 말 목자 수양회를 통해서 재충전 재헌신케 하옵소서!
